Finding Home across the Border

For most migrants, finding refuge is rife with obstacles
Finding Home across the Border
Our latest dossier, 'Faces of Migration' examines the flow of people across the entire African continent.
7/4/2017 | Berlin

Check out our latest dossier (in the right sidebar) Faces of Migration, which shares the stories of people who have travelled thousands of kilometers to start a new life. Sometimes transit countries become home and often, dreamed-of destinations are never seen.

Our dossier also addresses how North African migrants who have made it across the Mediterranean to Europe, struggle with integration and also discrimination. A short vox pop also asks Europeans, "What is an ideal immigrant?"

Migration, one of the greatest humanitarian challenges facing our time, is a topic that Correspondents has addressed frequently in the past and we will continue to bring stories of the brave people who dare to seek refuge and even prosperity in a faraway place.
